We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Eligible Items
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

✓ In original packaging with all tags attached
✓ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

✗ Products without original packaging
✗ Personalized or custom items
✗ Items marked as final sale
📝 How to Initiate a Return
Step 1: Email us at support@stayfit.website with your order number and reason for return
Step 2: We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization number
Step 3: Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Step 4: Ship the item back using the provided instructions
Step 5: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund
💵 Refunds
Processing Time
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your returned item.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Shipping Costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error

🛡️ Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item:
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery
2. Provide photos of the damage
3. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or full refund

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, standard return policies apply.
